With new accounts going online nearly every minute, the need for backing up alarm monitoring data is imperative. Our alarm monitoring software systems automatically back up the changes to the database (via Log Shipping) every 15 mins, then again to an OFFSITE location every 30 mins. In addition to these regularly scheduled backups, all alarm monitoring history is backed up to CD ROM every 3 months. What does all of this mean?
